ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Cassandra Massey, JD, MA, is a mindfulness teacher, certified meditation coach, somatic EMDR practitioner, and relationship expert. With a background in both psychotherapy and family law, she specializes in helping individuals break cycles of dysfunction—often rooted in childhood wounds—and build secure, connected relationships with themselves and others. Through a trauma-sensitive, mind-body approach grounded in mindfulness, somatic healing, and self-compassion, Cassandra helps people gently shift long-held survival patterns, restore nervous system balance, and embody new ways of relating. She’s walked this path herself—wondering if real change was even possible. But every small step, every act of self-compassion, brought her closer to freedom. And it can for you, too.
