Welcome to Mindful Healing with Heart. We’re here to support you in navigating chronic stress, burnout, and the lasting effects of complex trauma—so you can release long-held survival patterns and build more secure, nourishing connections—within yourself and with others.
Through a mindful, integrative approach that blends nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and self-compassion, we’ll help you shift out of survival mode and into a place of greater calm, clarity, and connection.

A Note from Cassandra
Before I created Mindful Healing with Heart, I worked as a family attorney. I saw how unresolved stress patterns shaped people’s lives, relationships, and sense of safety. I knew there had to be another way.
I’ve spent the last decade immersed in the worlds of mindfulness, trauma healing, and nervous system regulation—not only in my professional training, but in my own life.
I’ve walked through the tension of holding it all together while feeling overwhelmed inside. And I know how life-changing it is to finally feel safe, steady, and at home in your body.
Mindful Healing with Heart was born from that journey.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Cassandra Massey, JD, MA, is a trauma-sensitive coach, mindfulness teacher, certified meditation coach, and somatic EMDR practitioner. With a background in both psychotherapy and family law, Cassandra created Mindful Healing with Heart to offer an integrative, body-based approach to emotional wellness. She specializes in helping women shift out of survival mode and into nervous system balance using science-backed tools like HeartMath®, EMDR resourcing, the Safe and Sound Protocol, the Rest and Restore Protocol, polyvagal-informed practices, and mindful self-compassion. Cassandra’s work is built on the belief that every woman deserves to feel steady in her body, clear in her mind, and strong in her self.
